В. – Управління інформаційно-аналітичним забезпеченням логістичних процесів на підприємстві ‒ Кваліфікаційна робота на правах рукопису, містить 110 сторінок, 16 таблиць, 6 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань нараховує 62 найменування. Актуальність теми. Впровадження інформаційних технологій у загальну систему менеджменту підприємства, в тому числі у логістичній та фінансовій діяльності, значно підвищує рівень ефективності управління підприємством. Сучасні ІТ-рішення забезпечують можливості удосконалення бізнес-процесів на підприємстві, покращують обліково-аналітичну діяльність в компанії, сприяють розвитку та інтеграції різних її функціональних напрямків. Це дозволяє підприємству не тільки оптимізувати основну операційну (логістичну) діяльність, але й покращити процеси стратегічного планування, знижуючи витрати та підвищуючи рівень конкурентоспроможності компанії на ринку. Тому тема представленої магістерської дисертації є актуальною і обумовлена необхідністю пошуку підходів удосконалення управління логістичною діяльністю на підприємстві. Зв’язок роботи із науковими програмами, планами та темами. Магістерську дисертацію на здобуття ступеня магістра виконано в Національному технічному університеті України «КПІ ім. Ігоря Сікорського» (м. Київ) відповідно до плану науково-дослідних робіт (НДР) кафедри менеджменту підприємств ДР No 0123U101592 за темою: «Формування логістики кризових ситуацій у контексті реалій російсько-української війни», наук. керівник: к.е.н., доц. Роль автора полягає в розробленні теоретичних та практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення управління інформаційно-аналітичним забезпеченням логістичних процесів на підприємстві. Мета роботи полягає у розкритті теоретико-методологічних засад та розробці практичних рекомендацій з удосконалення управління інформаційно-аналітичним забезпеченням логістичних процесів на підприємстві ТОВ «ЛП УКРАЇНА». Поставлена мета роботи обумовила необхідність вирішення таких завдань: ‒ розглянути сутність та економічний зміст концептуальних підходів до управління інформаційно-аналітичним забезпеченням логістичних процесів на підприємствах; ‒ визначити основні напрями оптимізації логістичних процесів за допомогою інформаційно-аналітичних систем; ‒ узагальнити науково-практичні підходи до формування ефективного управління інформаційно-аналітичним забезпеченням логістичних процесів на підприємстві в умовах розвитку та цифровізації; ‒ провести аналіз та діагностику стану управління фінансово-господарської, логістичної діяльності та інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення логістичних процесів ТОВ «ЛП УКРАЇНА»; ‒ визначити ключові проблеми та слабкі місця, що уповільнюють логістичні процеси підприємства; ‒ надати оцінку управлінським рішенням в контексті необхідності удосконалення інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення підприємства ТОВ «ЛП УКРАЇНА»; ‒ розробити програму вдосконалення інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення для потреб ефективного управління логістичними процесами на підприємстві; ‒ сформувати концепцію інтеграції сучасних інформаційно-аналітичних систем в логістичні процеси підприємства та представити організаційні заходи удосконалення управління ресурсним потенціалом логістичної діяльності компанії; ‒ економічно обґрунтувати та спрогнозувати наслідки впровадження запропонованих заходів. Об’єктом дослідження є інформаційно-аналітичне забезпечення логістичних процесів на підприємстві. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методологічні аспекти управління інформаційно-аналітичним забезпеченням логістичних процесів на прикладі підприємства ТОВ «ЛП УКРАЇНА». Методи дослідження. У процесі підготовки магістерської дисертації застосовувалася сукупність загальних та специфічних наукових методів. Для дослідження підходів до трактування сутності інформаційно-аналітичне забезпечення та логістики застосовувались методи систематизації, порівняння, узагальнення, аналізу і синтезу з метою визначення загальних та обов’язкових елементів даного поняття. Для аналізу основних показників фінансово-господарської та логістичної діяльності підприємства використовувався методи економічної аналітики, управлінського аналізу, фінансового аналізу, бюджетування і прогнозування, методологія логістики та ін. Теоретичною основою дослідження є роботи науковців, що присвячені питанням удосконалення логістичної діяльності та управління інформаційно-аналітичним забезпеченням логістичних процесів на підприємствах. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у такому: вперше: – запропоновано методико-прикладні положення удосконалення логістичної діяльності та управління інформаційно-аналітичним забезпеченням логістичних процесів на підприємстві ТОВ «ЛП УКРАЇНА»; удосконалено: – економічний зміст концептуальних підходів до управління інформаційно-аналітичним забезпеченням логістичних процесів на підприємствах; набуло подальшого розвитку: – науково-понятійний апарат щодо управління інформаційно-аналітичним забезпеченням логістичних процесів на підприємстві, зокрема доповнено й розширено напрями удосконалення логістичної діяльності, які є важливими для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності та стійкості логістичного бізнесу в контексті розвитку інформаційно-аналітичних систем і технології в логістиці, які в сучасних умовах є невід’ємною складовою успішного логістичного підприємництва, а саме: системи управління складом (Warehouse Management Systems, WMS) та транспортом (Transportation Management Systems, TMS), що дозволяють оптимізувати бізнес-процеси в системі логістики суб’єкта господарювання, зменшити логістичні витрати та підвищити швидкість виконання замовлень від клієнтів. Результати дослідження, викладені в дисертаційній роботі на здобуття ступеня магістра, дозволяють дійти висновків: розроблені для ТОВ «ЛП УКРАЇНА» заходи (за прогнозом) є економічно обґрунтованими з точки зору удосконалення логістичної діяльності та управління інформаційно-аналітичним забезпеченням логістичних процесів на підприємстві. The introduction of information technologies into the general management system of the enterprise, including logistics and financial activities, significantly increases the level of efficiency of enterprise management. Modern IT solutions provide opportunities for improving business processes at the enterprise improve accounting and analytical activities in the company, contribute to the development and integration of its various functional areas. This allows the enterprise not only to optimize the main operational (logistics) activities, but also to improve strategic planning processes, reducing costs and increasing the competitiveness of the company in the market. Therefore, the topic of the presented master's thesis is relevant and is due to the need to search for approaches to improve the management of logistics activities at the enterprise. Relationship of the work to scientific programs, plans and topics. The master's thesis for the degree of master was completed at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (Kiev) in accordance with the research plan (RWP) of the Department of Enterprise Management DR No 0123U101592 on the topic: "Formation of logistics of crisis situations in the context of the realities of the Russian-Ukrainian war", science. supervisor: PhD in Economics, Assoc. The author's role is to develop theoretical and practical recommendations for improving the management of information and analytical support for logistics processes at the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to disclose the theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for improving the management of information and analytical support for logistics processes at the enterprise LTD "LP UKRAINE". The stated objective of the work determined the need to solve the following tasks: ‒ to consider the essence and economic content of conceptual approaches to the management of information and analytical support for logistics processes at enterprises; ‒ to determine the main directions of optimization of logistics processes using information and analytical systems; ‒ to summarize scientific and practical approaches to the formation of effective management of information and analytical support for logistics processes at an enterprise in the context of development and digitalization; ‒ to analyze and diagnose the state of management of financial, economic, logistics activities and information and analytical support for logistics processes of LP Ukraine LLC; ‒ to identify key problems and weaknesses that slow down the logistics processes of the enterprise; ‒ to provide an assessment of management decisions in the context of the need to improve the information and analytical support of the enterprise LP UKRAINE LLC; ‒ to develop a program for improving information and analytical support for the needs of effective management of logistics processes at the enterprise; ‒ to formulate a concept for integrating modern information and analytical systems into the enterprise's logistics processes and to present organizational measures to improve the management of the resource potential of the company's logistics activities; ‒ to economically justify and predict the consequences of implementing the proposed measures. The object of the study is information and analytical support for logistics processes at the enterprise. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological aspects of managing information and analytical support for logistics processes using the example of LP Ukraine LLC. Research methods. A combination of general and specific scientific methods was used in the process of preparing the master's thesis. To study approaches to interpreting the essence of information and analytical support and logistics, the methods of systematization, comparison, generalization, analysis and synthesis were used in order to determine the general and mandatory elements of this concept. To analyze the main indicators of the financial, economic and logistics activities of the enterprise, methods of economic analytics, management analysis, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, logistics methodology, etc. were used. The theoretical basis of the research is the work of scientists devoted to the issues of improving logistics activities and managing information and analytical support for logistics processes at enterprises. The scientific novelty of the study is as follows: firstly: ‒ methodological and applied provisions for improving logistics activities and managing information and analytical support for logistics processes at the enterprise LLC «LP Ukraine». was improved: ‒ economic content of conceptual approaches to managing information and analytical support for logistics processes at enterprises; has been further developed: ‒ scientific and conceptual apparatus for managing information and analytical support for logistics processes at the enterprise, in particular, areas for improving logistics activities that are important for ensuring the competitiveness and sustainability of the logistics business in the context of the development of information and analytical systems and technology in modern logistics have been supplemented and expanded. conditions is an integral part of successful logistics entrepreneurship, namely: warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport (TMS), allowing to optimize business processes in the enterprise logistics system, reduce logistics costs and increase the speed of fulfilling orders from customers. The results of the study, presented in the dissertation for a master's degree, allow us to draw the following conclusions: the activities developed for LP UKRAINE LLC (according to the forecast) are economically justified in terms of improving logistics activities and managing information and analytical support for logistics processes at the enterprise.
