dc.description.abstractКризис-менеджмент промислового підприємства в умовах війни − Кваліфікаційна робота на правах рукопису, містить 161 сторінок, 26 таблиці, 19 рисунків, 2 формули, 8 додатків. Перелік посилань нараховує 62 найменувань. Актуальність теми кризис-менеджменту на підприємстві будівельної галузі зумовлена військовими діями в Україні, які створили надзвичайно складні умови для функціонування бізнесу, зокрема й для підприємств будівельної галузі. Війна вплинула на стабільність постачання електроенергії, що призводить до дефіциту, який негативно позначається на виробничих процесах. Забезпечення стабільної роботи підприємств в умовах нестабільного енергопостачання вимагає впровадження ефективних методів кризис-менеджменту. Магістерська дисертація, що подається для здобуття ступеня магістра, була виконана в Національному технічному університеті України «Київський політехнічний інститут імені Ігоря Сікорського». Дослідження проводилось відповідно до наукових планів кафедри менеджменту підприєств на тему «Кризис-менеджмент промислового підприємства в умовах війни». Метою цієї роботи є опрацювання теоретичних основ та розробка методичних засад і практичних рекомендацій з кризис-менеджменту промислового підприємства будівельного комплексу ПП «Консент-Буд» в умовах війни. Поставлена мета обумовила постановку та розв'язання завдань: Проаналізувати основні організаційно-економічні засади кризис-менеджменту для забезпечення стабільності підприємств у кризових умовах. Визначити передумови застосування кризис-менеджменту в будівельному комплексі України. Дослідити специфіку кризис-менеджменту в умовах воєнного конфлікту. Провести загальний огляд діяльності ПП «Консент-Буд» та визначити його основні характеристики. Оцінити ефективність діяльності ПП «Консент-Буд» під час війни. Проаналізувати наслідки дефіциту електроенергії на виробничі процеси підприємства. Розробити заходи кризис-менеджменту для адаптації ПП «Консент-Буд» до умов енергетичної нестабільності. Запропонувати альтернативні рішення для забезпечення електропостачання на підприємстві. Оцінити ефективність рекомендованих заходів для стабілізації роботи ПП «Консент-Буд». Об’єктом дослідження є процес кризис-менеджменту промислових підприємств. Предметом дослідження є методичні засади і практичні рекомендації з кризис-менеджменту для промислового підприємства будівельного комплексу ПП «Консент-Буд» в умовах війни. У магістерській роботі було використано такі методи дослідження: системний, статистичний та порівняльний аналіз. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у такому: Вперше: Запропоновано шляхи впровадження та викорстання кризис-менеджменту у виробничих процесах ПП «Консент-буд» в умовах війни. Набуло подальшого розвитку: Подальшого розвитку набули методичні підходи до виявлення та розв'язання кризи на будівельному підприємстві в умовах кризи. Визначено: визначено інструменти та стратегії управління виробничими ризиками та розроблено рекомендації щодо адаптації управлінських рішень до умов кризи, та впровадження кризис-менеджменту в управління підприємтсвом. Практична цінність отриманих результатів полягає у можливості використання запропонованих заходів будівельними підприємствами для підтримки стабільної роботи в умовах кризи. Результати, отримані в магістерській дисертації, свідчать про ефективність кризис-менеджменту ПП «Консент-Буд» в умовах воєнного стану та сучасної кризи. Розроблена схема управління ризиками дозволяє більш ефективно реагувати на нестабільні умови в яких існує підприємство, підвищуючи економічний ефект від діяльності підприємства. Запропонований алгоритм процесу управління ризиками сприятиме своєчасному контролю за ризиками, що дозволить оперативно приймати управлінські рішення для мінімізації негативних наслідків. Проведені дослідження діяльності підприємства в кризових умовах показали, що впровадження запропонованих методів дозволить удосконалити управління ризиками та адаптуватися до змін. Економічне обґрунтування впровадження розробленої системи управління ризиками продемонструвало її доцільність і ефективність у контексті роботи ПП «Консент-Буд» в умовах кризи, спричиненої війною. The relevance of the topic of crisis management in the construction industry is due to the military actions in Ukraine, which have created extremely difficult conditions for the functioning of business, including for construction companies. The war has affected the stability of electricity supply, which leads to shortages that negatively affect production processes. Ensuring stable operation of enterprises in the face of unstable energy supply requires the implementation of effective crisis management methods. The master's thesis submitted for the master's degree was completed at the National Technical University of Ukraine ‘Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute’. The research was carried out in accordance with the research plans of the Department of Management and Marketing on the topic ‘Crisis Management of an Industrial Enterprise in War Conditions’. The aim of this work is to study the theoretical foundations and develop methodological principles and practical recommendations for crisis management of the industrial enterprise of the construction complex, PE ‘Consent-Bud’, in the conditions of war. The set goal conditioned the setting and solving of tasks: 1. To analyze the main organizational and economic principles of crisis management to ensure the stability of enterprises in crisis conditions. 2. Determine the prerequisites for the application of crisis management in the construction complex of Ukraine. 3. To investigate the specifics of crisis management in the conditions of a military conflict. 4. Conduct a general review of the activity of the Consent-Bud PE and determine its main characteristics. 5. To evaluate the effectiveness of the activity of the «Consent-Bud» PE during the war. 6. Analyze the consequences of electricity shortages on the company's production processes. 7. To develop crisis management measures for the adaptation of Consent-Bud PE to conditions of energy instability. 8. To propose alternative solutions for ensuring electricity supply at the enterprise. 9. To evaluate the effectiveness of the recommended measures to stabilize the work of the Consent-Bud PE. The object of the study is the process of crisis management of industrial enterprises. The subject of the study are the methodological principles and practical recommendations on crisis management for an industrial enterprise of the construction complex of Consent-Bud PE in the conditions of war. The following research methods were used in the master's thesis: systematic, statistical and comparative analysis. The scientific novelty of the research is as follows: For the first time: – The ways of implementation and use of crisis management in the production processes of PE ‘Consent-Bud’ in the conditions of war are proposed. Further development took place: - The methodological approaches to identifying and resolving a crisis at a construction company in a crisis have been further developed.. Defined: – tools and strategies for managing production risks are identified and recommendations for adapting management decisions to crisis conditions and implementing crisis management in enterprise management are developed. The practical value of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using the proposed measures by construction companies to maintain stable operation in times of crisis. The results obtained in the master's thesis demonstrate the effectiveness of crisis management at Consent-Bud PE in the context of martial law and the current crisis. The developed scheme of risk management allows to respond more effectively to the unstable conditions in which the enterprise exists, increasing the economic effect of the enterprise. The proposed algorithm of the risk management process will facilitate timely risk control, which will allow prompt management decisions to minimise negative consequences. The carried out studies of the enterprise's activity in crisis conditions have shown that the implementation of the proposed methods will improve risk management and adapt to changes. The economic justification for the implementation of the developed risk management system has demonstrated its feasibility and effectiveness in the context of the work of Consent-Bud in the context of the crisis caused by the war.
