dc.description.abstractМагістерська дисертація на тему: «Управління розвитком промислового підприємства» містить 113 сторінок, 20 таблиць, 13 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 76 найменувань. Актуальність дослідження. Управління розвитком промислового виробництва спрямоване на підвищення економічної ефективності, зменшення витрат та максимізацію прибутку. Дослідження цієї теми дозволяє виявити нові підходи до управління фінансами, ресурсами та виробничими процесами, що допомагає підприємствам залишатися конкурентоспроможними. Метою дослідження є обгрунтування напрямів удосконалення управління розвитком промислового підприємства. Зважаюи на мету, основними завданнями дослідження є: – вивчити теоретичні підходи до управління розвитком підприємств, виявити основні поняття, принципи та методи; – охарактеризувати сучасні тенденції та виклики в аграрному секторі, що впливають на управління розвитком підприємств; – дослідити стан і чинники динаміки розвитку ТОВ «АГРОДАР-БАР»; – розробити заходи, спрямовані на підвищення ефективності функціонування підприємства; – запропонувати рекомендації для поліпшення системи управління розвитком промислового підприємства, що сприятимуть його сталому розвитку та підвищенню конкурентоспроможності. Об’єктом дослідження магістерської дисертації є процес управління розвитком підприємства. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретико-методичних засад і прикладних рекомендацій щодо управління розвитком промислового підприємства. Методологічну основу кваліфікаційної роботи складають загальнонаукові методи дослідження, SWOT-аналіз для отримання об’єктивної інформаційної бази щодо потенційних можливостей розвитку підприємства, визначення загроз зовнінього середовища, PEST-аналіз для грунтовної оцінки зовнішнього середовища, SNW-аналіз для комплексної оцінки основних факторів внутрішнього середовища компанії, факторний аналіз для визначення чинників динаміки фінансових результатів підприємства. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у розробці практичних рекомендацій, щодо удосконалення процесу управління розвитком підприємства, що враховує особливості агропромислового бізнесу. Практичне цінність: рекомендації щодо удосконалення стартегічного управління розвитком та інвестиційного розвитку спрямовані на розширення виробничих потужностей і якісні зміни для більш продуктивного використання потенціалу підприємства.

Management of the development of industrial production is aimed at increasing economic efficiency, reducing costs and maximizing profits. Research on this topic allows us to identify new approaches to managing finances, resources and production processes, which helps enterprises remain competitive. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the directions for improving the management of the development of an industrial enterprise. In view of the purpose, the main objectives of the study are: – to study theoretical approaches to the management of the development of enterprises, to identify the main concepts, principles and methods; – to characterize modern trends and challenges in the agricultural sector that affect the management of the development of enterprises; – to investigate the state and factors of the dynamics of the development of LLC "AGRODAR-BAR"; – to develop measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of the functioning of the enterprise; – to offer recommendations for improving the management system for the development of an industrial enterprise, which will contribute to its sustainable development and increase competitiveness. The object of the study of the master's thesis is the process of managing the development of an enterprise. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological principles and applied recommendations for managing the development of an industrial enterprise. The methodological basis of the qualification work is made up of general scientific research methods, SWOT analysis to obtain an objective information base on the potential development opportunities of the enterprise, identification of threats of the external environment, PEST analysis for a thorough assessment of the external environment, SNW analysis for a comprehensive assessment of the main factors of the internal environment of the company, factor analysis to determine the factors of the dynamics of the financial results of the enterprise, which is important, since profit is both a criterion of the effectiveness of the company's development and a source of financing for development. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the development of practical recommendations for improving the process of managing the development of the enterprise, which takes into account the peculiarities of the agro-industrial business. Practical value: recommendations for improving strategic development management and investment development are aimed at expanding production capacity and qualitative changes for more productive use of the enterprise's potential.
