Документ Відкритий доступ Development of amlodipine and enalapril combined tablets based on quality by design and artificial neural network for confirming of qualitative composition(Bulgarian Pharmaceutical Scientific Society and Pensoft Publishers, 2022-08) Behei, Nataliia; Tryhubchak, Oksana; Pryymak, BogdanUsing approaches of Quality by design, namely dispersion analysis, random balance method, regression analysis and neural networks, the composition and technology tablets based on amlodipine besylate and enalapril maleate have been developed. Using dispersion analysis was determined the effect of 30 excipients on 10 pharmaco-technological parameters of tablets. With the help of the desirability function, the leaders of the excipients were selected from 6 functional groups. It was confirmed that the composition with the best pharmaco-technological parameters, determined by using statistical methods, coincides with the results studies the synthesized Feed-forward neural network. The quantities of preferable excipients at 3 levels were identified by the random balance method. The relationship between the studied factors and the quality of the tablets was described by regression equations. The structure of the direct vector control algorithm involves the use of any asymptotic flux observer with exponential stability properties. Such approach led to improvement of the vector control system robustness properties. A constructive procedure for the design of correction terms of the rotor flux observer is proposed. Designed family of the flux observers guarantees the exponential stability and robustification with respect of parametric disturbances. It is shown that the proposed solution guarantees: global exponential tracking of the speed-flux reference trajectories together with asymptotic field orientation, asymptotic exponential estimation of the rotor flux, as well as asymptotic decoupling of torque (speed) and flux control. Comparative experimental study shows that new controller provides stabilization of the control performances as well as efficiency at nominal level when the rotor active resistance changes. Robustness properties of the speed and position control systems have been studied using time scale separation properties of the current, speed and position control loops. It is shown that system closed-loop dynamics according to new controller design has cascaded properties with speed and position control loops connected in series and therefore has potential of high frequency torque ripple compensation by increasing controllers gains. Experimental results are presented for two motors with similar rated data but significantly different level of the torque ripple. It is shown that despite of significand difference in parasitic torque amplitude, the similar position control performance can be achieved. It makes proposed control algorithms suitable for both high dynamic performance and low-cost direct drive applications with medium performance requirements. The relationship between the observer tuning gains and the speed of the estimation preserving the selectivity properties is obtained.
