Анотація
It has been proven that one of the important tasks of modern education is the introduction of modern approaches to training and organization of educational activities in the training of future specialists. Among such approaches, an important role is played by teamwork of students on various tasks, projects, the subject of which is related to real professional activity.
All advantages of teamwork are considered: formation of self-confidence due to receiving support and positive evaluation from other team members; preparing students for further professional activities, their ability to solve complex tasks; searching and finding creative and innovative solutions to a complex problem; encouraging students to think critically, to listen to each other; development of professional and global skills, such as conflict resolution and negotiation skills, communication skills.
Analyzing the technologies of interactive learning, the possibilities of the development of "soft skills" in the process of learning a foreign language were considered, using the following groups of technologies of interactive learning: interactive technologies of cooperative learning, interactive technologies of collective and group learning, technologies of situational modeling, technologies of processing discussion issues.
