Анотація

Aiming at the demand for car transfer between ground and underground parking lots, this study designs and optimizes an automatic transfer system based on hydraulic scissor lift. With the acceleration of urbanization, problems such as difficulty in parking and low parking efficiency are becoming increasingly prominent, especially in high-density areas, where traditional manual parking methods can no longer meet the needs. Therefore, an automated and intelligent parking management system has become an important way to solve this problem. To this end, this study developed a hydraulically powered car transfer system, which aims to achieve automatic car transfer between ground and underground parking lots through an efficient and stable lifting mechanism. In terms of system design, the layout and capacity of existing parking lots were first analyzed. By statistically analyzing the capacity and traffic flow data of underground parking lots in a certain urban area, it was found that the utilization rate of underground parking lots reached 85%, but due to the lack of an effective transfer system, there were problems such as long waiting time for vehicles and complex operations. Based on this problem, this paper designed an automatic transfer system with hydraulic scissor lift as the core. The system uses a hydraulic power device to drive the lift, and through precise control algorithms and system scheduling, it achieves efficient transfer of vehicles between ground and underground parking lots. In terms of experiments and simulations, the study constructed a mathematical model of the system and verified its performance in a simulation environment. By comparing the efficiency of the existing traditional manual transfer and this system, the experimental results show that the automated transfer system can improve the vehicle transfer efficiency by more than 30% under the same traffic volume, while greatly reducing the workload of operators. The design parameters of the system, such as lifting speed, load capacity, and power of the hydraulic system, have been precisely calculated and optimized to ensure stability and efficient operation under high load conditions. The results of this study not only provide a new technical solution for the parking lot transfer system, but also provide a certain basis for the development of smart parking lots. In the future, with the further application of intelligent control and big data analysis technologies, the system of this study is expected to achieve more intelligent vehicle scheduling and management, further improve the efficiency of urban parking management, and alleviate parking problems.
