dc.description.abstractenLytvynets O. A. Lingual specificity of Frances Burnett's idiostyle and its representation in Ukrainian translation. Qualifying research work with the manuscript copyright. Thesis for a master’s degree in specialty 035 “Philology”. Igor Sikorsky KPI, Kyiv, 2022. In the qualifying work, the contribution of F. Burnett to the development of English children's literature is considered, the theoretical and methodological justification of her style is carried out, the theoretical views on the concept of idiostyle is found out, the principles of the concept are substantiated, the peculiarities of the reproduction of the author's idiostyle in the Ukrainian translations of the novels "The Little Princess" and "Secret Garden" are analyzed, the artistic originality of F.Burnett's works is studied. The originality of the research lies in a comprehensive study of the concept of idiostyle through the prism of its reproduction in works of children's literature. For the first time, the main approaches, trends and aspects to the study of the idiostyle phenomenon of F. Burnett have been comprehensively systematized. The practical significance of the obtained results is that the dissertation enriches the research experience of modern linguistics thanks to the study of the linguistic specificity of idiostyle. Deepen knowledge about their use in English literature and Ukrainian translation. The presented materials can be used in educational courses on the history of English literature and stylistics, theory and practice of translation. The main methodological and theoretical results and conceptualities of the study were discussed at: XXIII International Scientific and Practical Conference of Higher Education Graduates and Young Scientists "Science and Technology of the XXI Century" (Kyiv, December, 2022). Дисертація на здобуття ступеня магістра зі спеціальності 035 «Філологія». КПІ ім. Ігоря Сікорського, Київ, 2022 рік. У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто внесок Ф. Бернетт у розвиток англійської дитячої літератури, здійснено теоретико-методологічне обґрунтування її стилю, з’ясовано теоретичні погляди на поняття ідіостилю, обґрунтовано засади поняття, проаналізовано особливості відтворення ідіостилю авторки в українськомовних перекладах романів «Маленька принцеса» і «Таємний сад», досліджено художню своєрідність творів Ф. Бернетт. Наукова новизна полягає в комплексному дослідженні поняття ідіостилю через призму її відвторення у творах дитячої літератури. Вперше комплексно систематизовано основні підходи, напрями та аспекти до вивчення феномена ідіостилю Ф. Бернетт. Практичне значення здобутих результатів полягає у тому, що дисертація збагачує науковий досвід сучасної лінгвістики завдяки вивиченню лінгвальної специфіки ідіостилю. Також поглиблюються знання про їх використання в англійській літературі та українськомовному перекладі. Подані матеріали можуть бути використані в освітніх курсах з історії англійської літератури, стилістики, теорії і практики перекладу. Апробація результатів дослідження. Основні положення і результати дослідження було обговорено на XXІІI Міжнародній науково-практичній конференції здобувачів вищої освіти та молодих учених «Science and Technology of the XXI Century» (м.
