dc.description.abstractenThe volume of the master's thesis is 102 pages, 25 illustrations, 14 tables, 3 annexes. In preparation, 23 different sources were used. Objective. To explore a model of impact assessment that takes into account factors such as the political positions of the participants and the level of fractional discipline, to develop a model for determining the political preferences of parliamentary groups based on the results of their voting. To analyze the influence of groups in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the 7th convocation, determining the relationship between the influence of parliamentary groups. The Object of research is distribution of influence between parliamentary groups, provided political preferences are taken into account when forming coalitions. The subject of the research is the mathematical model of the influence of parliamentary groups. Scientific novelty of the obtained results. There was proposed a definition of preference matrix as the rank of the positions coincidence indexes, which are determined by the results of fractions voting. A program has been developed for constructing these estimates. Also, there was constructed estimates of the influence of parliamentary groups in the Verkhovna Rada of the 7th convocation. The practical significance of the results. The dependencies between the influence of parliamentary groups, which help to understand how they interact with each other in decision-making, and what percentage of the parliamentary influence each parliamentary group has.uk
dc.description.abstractukОбсяг магістерської дисертації 102 сторінки, 25 ілюстрацій, 14 таблиць, 3 додатки. При підготовці було використано 23 різних джерела. Мета. Дослідити модель оцінки впливу, що враховує такі фактори, як політичні позиції учасників і рівень фракційної дисципліни, розробити модель визначення політичних вподобань фракцій на основі результатів їх голосувань. Проаналізувати вплив фракцій у ВРУ 7 скликання, визначивши залежності між впливом фракцій. Об’єкт дослідження. Розподіл впливу між фракціями у парламенті, за умови врахування політичних вподобань при формуванні коаліцій. Предмет дослідження. Математична модель оцінки впливу фракцій у парламенті. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів. Запропоновано визначення матриці вподобань як рангів індексів збігу позицій, які визначаються за результатами голосувань фракцій. Розроблено програму для побудови цих оцінок. Побудовані оцінки впливу фракцій у Верховній Раді України 7 скликання. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Визначені залежності між впливом фракцій, які допомагають зрозуміти як насправді фракції взаємодіють між собою у прийнятті рішень і яку частку впливу на парламент має кожна з фракцій.uk
