dc.description.abstractЮ. А. Верес. Специфіка українськомовного перекладу «закликів до дій» та «підтримки ідей» у промовах англомовних політичних лідерів ХХІ століття. Кваліфікаційна робота на правах рукопису. Дисертація на здобуття ступеня магістра зі спеціальності 035 «Філологія»». КПІ ім. Ігоря Сікорського, Київ, 2024. У кваліфікаційній роботі з’ясовано лінгвістичну специфіку політичної промови як різновиду політичного дискурсу, встановлено комунікативно-прагматичні особливості закликів до дій та підтримки ідей у політичному дискурсі політичних лідерів, систематизовано мовностилістичні засоби, що використовуються для формулювання закликів до дій та підтримки ідей у політичних промовах, систематизовано перекладацькі стратегії при відтворенні закликів до дій та підтримки ідей у перекладах політичних промов англомовних лідерів ХХІ століття. Наукова новизна зумовлена новаторським підходом до аналізу мовних засобів у політичних виступах, спрямованим на визначення частоти перекладних трансформацій та вплив культурних та контекстуальних факторів на мовний прояв. Систематизації за визначеними критеріями мовних засобів та застосуванні аналітичних методів для виявлення патернів. Проведення якісного аналізу, визначення частотних характеристик перекладних трансформацій, аналіз маніфестації мовних засобів. Практичне значення полягає в тому, що результати дослідження надають політичним перекладачам та комунікаційним спеціалістам конкретні стратегії та рекомендації для точного та ефективного вираження закликів до дій та підтримки ідей українською мовою, забезпечуючи їхню максимальну ефективність. Дослідження дозволить політичним кампаніям та медіаформам точніше передавати емоції, ідеї та заклики до дій українській аудиторії, підвищуючи рівень їхнього сприйняття. Дослідження сприятиме адаптації політичного дискурсу для міжнародного сприйняття, сприяючи збільшенню впливу та розуміння українських політичних позицій. Апробація результатів дослідження. Основні методологічні та теоретичні результати дослідження були представлені на V Всеукраїнській студентській науковій конференції Формування сучасної науки: методика та практика, м. Київ, 15 березня, 2024 р. Публікації. Основні положення дисертаційного дослідження викладено у науковій статті, поданій до друку у видання, що входить до переліку фахових наукових видань України категорії «Б».

In the qualification work, the characteristics of political speech as a component of political discourse are examined. The functions and essential aspects of political speech are defined, and the main features of political discourse are analyzed. The specificity and important features influencing the choice of linguistic means in politicians' speeches are determined. A classification of linguistic means used to formulate calls to action and express support for ideas in political speeches is established. The reproduction of these means in Ukrainian translation is investigated. Lexical tools utilized by English-speaking politicians for formulating calls and expressing ideas in their speeches are examined. Grammatical features employed by politicians in speeches and their reproduction in Ukrainian translations are analyzed. Stylistic techniques frequently used by politicians and their representation in translation are studied. The methods of reproducing calls and ideas by Ukrainian translators are explored, comparing them with the original. The peculiarities of translating linguistic means used to express support and calls in speeches by English-speaking politicians are investigated. The scientific novelty is driven by an innovative approach to the analysis of linguistic means in political speeches, aimed at determining the frequency of translational transformations and the influence of cultural and contextual factors on linguistic expression. The systematic classification of linguistic means based on predefined criteria and the application of analytical methods to identify patterns are emphasized. Qualitative analysis is conducted, and the frequency characteristics of translational transformations, as well as the manifestation of linguistic means, are determined. The practical significance lies in providing political translators and communication specialists with specific strategies and recommendations for accurate and effective expression of calls to action and support for ideas in Ukrainian. The research results enable political campaigns and media outlets to convey emotions, ideas, and calls to action more precisely to the Ukrainian audience, enhancing their level of perception. The study contributes to the adaptation of political discourse for international understanding, thereby increasing the impact and understanding of Ukrainian political positions. The main methodological and theoretical results of the research were presented at the V All-Ukrainian Student Scientific Conference ‘Formation of Modern Science: Methodology and Practice’ (15 March 2024, Kyiv). The main statements and results of the dissertation research are presented in a scientific article submitted for publication in the scientific professional edition of Ukraine.
