В.У статті висвітлено теоретичні підходи до класифікації стилів учіння, описано методи та прийоми викладання іноземної мови відповідно до індивідуально-психологічних особливостей студента. Зокрема, проаналізовано когнітивні стилі за М.О.Холодною (кодування інформації; переробка інформації; постановка та вирішення проблем; пізнавальне ставлення до світу); стилі учіння, запропоновані Д.Колбом (дивергентний, акомодативний, конвергентний), а також класифікацію способів засвоєння знань за домінувальним каналом сприймання, що дає змогу виокремити візуальний, аудіальний та кінестетичний стилі. Зазначено, що стиль учіння залежить також від психотипу, темпераменту та стилю мислення студента. G.; Куликова, В. Г.; Kulykova, V. G.Le présent article aborde le problème de l'évaluation des acquis des étudiants dans les conditions modernes de la formation des futurs professionnels. Les moyens d'amélioration du système évaluatif des étudiants en prenant en considération toutes les fonctions de contrôle dans le processus d'apprentissage sont analysés. L'auteur de l’article détermine le problème, le but et les objectifs principaux du système de contrôle comme le diagnostic des résultats d'apprentissage, du développement et de l'éducation des étudiants. Avec les formes de contrôle traditionnelles l'analyse de la question abordée a permis de relever de nouvelles approches en ce qui concerne le processus de contrôle et de diagnostic, y compris les nouvelles méthodes d'évaluation des connaissances et des compétences des étudiants qui peuvent être un moyen de contrôle de l'apprentissage interactif. Telles approches donnent la possibilité non seulement de diversifier le processus d'apprentissage, mais aussi d’éliminer l'état de stress, accompagnant souvent le système de contrôle.Документ Відкритий доступ Translation of language means representing the non-verbal component “smile” in english literary texts(НТУУ «КПІ», 2015) Taranenko, L. I.The paper is dedicated to the study of language means representing the non-verbal component “smile” in English literary texts as well as to the ways of their translation into Ukrainian. In the article the authors outline typical features of the smile as a universal non-verbal sign of communication, viewed as an indicator of the speaker’s emotional and psychological states. Having analyzed the functional role of a smile in communication, which directly affects the specificity of its nomination in literary texts, the authors systematize the language means of its representation in English. They come to a conclusion that depending on a type of the communicative situation “the smile” can render a range of emotive and evaluative shades of meanings, verbalized in the text by means of combining lexical units of primary and secondary nominations. As a result of the study of text fragments containing nominations of the non-verbal component “smile” the authors generalize the ways of their translation into Ukrainian, identifying the following transformations as the most frequent ones: word-for-word translation, grammatical replacement, modulation. The paper also substantiates the expediency of defining the correlation between emotive potential of different nominations of “smile” in English literary texts and their translations into Ukrainian.Документ Відкритий доступ The characteristics of the US higher education and its distinguishing features(НТУУ «КПІ», 2015) Anoshkova, T. A.The article is devoted to the distinctive characteristics of the US higher education. The great emphasis is placed on the types of the US higher education institutions in accordance with the Carnegie Classification. It includes the precise description of the undergraduate and postgraduate education in America, the types of the degrees, obtained during the study and their basic distinctions. It characterizes the organization of the US high school, the peculiarities of Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degrees. The article also describes the structure of the colleges and universities, their governmental policy and financial component. It studies the organization of an education process including student curriculum, the ability to choose minor and major courses, credit system and grades. The current article concentrates on the idea of distance learning and programs for ‘special students’. The indissoluble connection between the American higher education and the economic prosperity of the state is distinguished. V.L'article proposé examine les approches modernes de la définition de la notion de «stratégie de la traduction» et les procédes sémantiques et syntaxiques en vue de l’application de cette méthode en pratique. On fait le recours des travaux théoriques de divers scientifiques à propos des stratégies de traduction. Il est dégagé de plusieurs façons d’apprentissage des stratégies de la traduction aux différents niveaux du texte. Les auteurs exposent l’analyse de la définition de stratégie de traduction et présente les points de vue des théoriciens étrangers sur ce problème. Pour illustrer et prouver l’opinion présentée de cette notion on cite des exemples des traductions des étudiants. En plus, on définit les composantes sémantiques et syntaxiques lors de la stratégie de la traduction des textes scientifiques et techniques. А.This article is devoted to the study of the complex semantic structure of English phraseological units (PU) and elucidates the specific peculiarities of the connotative component in the process of reproducing it by means of the Ukrainian language. Actually, various views on what a UP is are taken into account as well as the typology of PU is studied carefully. In this respect, the authors provide the PU semantic field description (with its structure comprising all the integral components: the denotative, significative and connotative elements) presenting a comment on the specific features of the connotative component functioning within it. Also, several assumptions were made concerning possible ways of preserving the value of the connotative component studied in the process the PU decoding by means of Ukrainian language. The issue of English PU decoding by the potencies the target language appears to be a highly disputable question in modern linguistics which justifies the topicality of this article. The question of adequate PU translation is rather controversial and needs to be addressed carefully. Thus, the specific approach to the PU translation with the respect to the connotative meaning role as a determinative element of the idiom nature obviously requires complex and thorough investigation.Документ Відкритий доступ Landeskundliche Aspekte bei der Übersetzung von politischen Reden ins Ukrainische(НТУУ «КПІ», 2015) Tschepurna, S. L.Bei der Untersuchung der landeskundlichen Aspekte muss man zwischen Realien und landeskundlichen Elementen unterscheiden. Obwohl die landeskundlich gefärbten lexikalischen Einheiten sowohl in der Ausgangssprache als auch in der Zielsprache ihre Entsprechungen haben, geht aber bei ihrer wörtlichen Übersetzung die landeskundliche Information verloren, und der Inhalt des ausgangssprachlichen Ausdrucks bleibt mangelhaft oder kaum expliziert. Der Übersetzer muss in diesem Fall in zwei Richtungen eine große Arbeit durchführen. Einerseits muss er die landeskundliche Information des ausgangssprachlichen Ausdrucks erschließen, andererseits ist es schwer dann die passende Übersetzungsvariante zu finden, die sowohl optimal kurz als auch genug inhaltsreich für eine Kulturgemeinschaft ist. Das stellt ein Problem für den Übersetzer dar, weil hier theoretische Übersetzungsverfahren alleine nicht in der Lage sind, die Lösung des Übersetzungsproblems anzubieten. В.У статті розкриваються шляхи, методи та форми формування мовної та мовленнєвої компетентностей у вищих навчальних закладах, розглядаються основні принципи формування культури професійного спілкування майбутніх спеціалістів у технічному ВНЗ, з’ясовуються чинники впливу на ефективність спілкування спеціалістів технічних напрямків підготовки, уточнюються поняття «мовна компетентність», «мовленнєва компетентність», «комунікативна компетентність спеціаліста», «професійне спілкування». У статті аналізується феномен мовленнєвої компетентності, за основу якого беруться досягнення таких наук як риторика, соціопсихолінгвістика, неориторика, етносоціопсихолінгвістика тощо, що дозволяє побачити у процесі мовленнєвої діяльності людини наявність мовно-мовленнєвих знань, умінь та навичок, на яких базується професійно-мовленнєва комунікація, власний повсякденний, соціальний, практично-технологічний, комунікативний, професійний досвід, інтелектуальні, художні й організаційні (лідерство, комунікабельність) здібності, моральні, етичні, релігійні та інші цінності. S.Der Artikel ist dem Problem der Geschlechtergerechtigkeit von Berufsbezeichnungen in der modernen deutschen Sprache gewidmet. Anhand einer Korpusanalyse wird gezeigt, dass die Berufsbezeichnungen in den Stellenanzeigen überwiegend mit explizitem Hinweis auf beide Geschlechter gebraucht werden, wobei er allerdings oft überflüssig ist oder formell verwendet wird. Der Hinweis auf das Geschlecht wird mit Hilfe einer Reihe morphologischer, orthographischer und lexikalischer Mittel gegeben, wobei die lexikalischen Mittel seltener formell gebraucht werden. Ausschließlich männliche oder ausschließlich weibliche Formen kommen in den Stellenanzeigen sehr selten vor, dabei beziehen sich weibliche Bezeichnungen mehr auf Beschäftigungen ohne gelernte Qualifikation, männliche dagegen öfter auf Arbeiterberufe.Документ Відкритий доступ Лінгводидактичний аналіз складних слів у німецькій мові(НТУУ «КПІ», 2015) Магеррамова, М.
